Say it your way: Supporting discussions in all languages

Hello everyone!

Our community brings together people from across Europe, and with that, a rich mix of languages and cultures. While English is our main language here, we encourage discussions in other languages as well. Multilingualism is a strength, and we want this forum to reflect that!

:speech_balloon: Want to start a conversation in another language?

Great! Here’s what to do:

  1. Send a quick message to the moderators or admin team to request a dedicated topic for your language.
  2. Propose a moderator who can help oversee conversations in that language. This ensures the discussion remains active, respectful, and in line with community guidelines.

:puzzle_piece: How to structure a multilingual topic

To help everyone navigate the forum easily, please follow this format when creating or contributing to a non-English topic:

  • Add the appropriate language tag (e.g. français, español, deutsche, etc.). If you’re not sure whether a tag exists yet, no worries, create one.
  • Write your topic title in the language used in the topic
  • Keep the entire discussion in the same language within that topic

:handshake: Why this matters

By creating space for multilingual conversations, we:

  • Make the forum more welcoming and inclusive
  • Help users express themselves more clearly
  • Encourage broader participation from across the community

Looking forward to seeing more :globe_with_meridians: multilingual conversations here!
