I came across on Liblicense some author guidelines for preparing accessible content, specifically focused on mathematics content and LaTeX. This might be useful for those working with LaTeX, especially as it is not always very familiar to editors.
The guidelines were developed by 5 societies (American Mathematical Society (AMS), European Mathematical Society (EMS), London Mathematical Society (LMS), and Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM)), and offer practical guidance and examples to help make mathematical content accessible across scholarly outputs.
